In Colombia, whenever I need to have breakfast or a snack on the road I look for whatever type of funky bread that I can find: pan de bono, pan de yuca, etc. When we went from Medellin to visit the impressive El Peñol, we found this little place by the road that sells freshly made Pan de Queso (cheese bread) that are so fluffy and feel like it melts in your mouth. They are well worth a try!
