Ajiaco at Bururake
After our little swim at the waterfall and the red clay rub, we headed to have lunch in Minca. We stopped at Bururake, a colorful place with a nice terrace with views to a river. Everything was super delicious, we started with some patacones and then had ajiaco, a typical Colombian potato soup. The mora (mulberry) juice was also tasty.
